Terms and Conditions 77go — Guidelines Platform Usage

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "You") and 77go ("Platform", "We", or "77go"). Deposit

77go accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods suited to Malaysia users, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other local e-wallet methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per transaction.

Withdrawal

77go users are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility at all times while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account termination:

• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical functions of the platform.

• Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through the platform by any third party.

77go does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.

Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 77go customer support team. Before the account is closed, all pending exchange conditions must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

77go reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
